INFORMATION NOTICE as per Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
This is to inform you that EL-MI SRL, in its capacity as Data Controller, will process - for the purposes and using the methods indicated below – the personal data you have provided by compiling and submitting the form published on the website of the company.
In detail, EL-MI SRL will process your following data:
Legal basis and Purposes of data processing
Data processing is based on your giving consent, and its purpose is to acknowledge the requests for information sent by website users.
2. Processing method
The processing of your personal data is performed, even with automated means, by means of the operations indicated in Art. 4 n. 2) of the GDPR as follows: processing of personal data may consist in the collection, recording, organization, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure or destruction of the data.
3. Mandatory supply of data
The supply of data is mandatory for the achievement of the purposes indicated above.
Should you refuse to supply such data, EL-MI SRL will not be able to send you the information you have required.
4. Data transfer recipients
Your data may be acquired by the subjects in charge of processing, the specifically nominated staff of EL-MI SRL.
Your personal data shall not be released for any reason.
5. Transfer of data abroad
5.1. The personal data are stored in servers located in Italy. It is understood in any case that the data controller, wherever necessary, has the right to move the servers abroad, even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller guarantees as of now that the transfer of the data outside the EU will be performed in compliance with the provisions of the applicable laws and especially of those of Title V of the GDPR.
5.2. Beyond the case contemplated in item 5.1 above, your personal data shall not be transferred outside the EU.
6. Data storage period
Your data shall be stored for the period required for achieving the purposes for which they were acquired and in compliance with the specific provisions of the applicable law and anyhow for not longer than 1 month. The check on the obsolescence of the data subjected to processing for the purposes for which they were acquired and processed is conducted routinely.

8. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to learn about your data and how they were acquired, to check if they are correct, complete, up to date and properly stored, and you may ask for their rectification or erasure pursuant to articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Art. 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object, all or in part, to the processing of your data for reasons connected to your particular situation. Should the data be processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to their processing for such purposes. You may exercise these rights by sending a specific request via registered letter – or via electronic certified mail (‘pec’) – to the Data Controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.
